The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and increasing brand visibility through effective marketing strategies and sales initiatives. This role requires a combination of creativity, communication, and analytical skills to develop and implement marketing campaigns, generate leads, manage customer relationships, and support sales operations.


Sales & Marketing Executive Responsibilities:

    Sales
  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and prospecting activities.
  • Sales Presentations: Present products and services to clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as established by the company.
  • Negotiations & Closures: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to understand their needs and refine sales strategies

  • Marketing
  • Campaign Development: Plan, design, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
  • Brand Promotion: Increase brand awareness and visibility by executing brand-building initiatives.
  • Digital Marketing: Implement and manage digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Event Planning: Organize and manage promotional events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales performance. Provide regular reports to management.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years above of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role. Experience in Digital industry is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM tools, social media platforms).
  • Ability to develop creative marketing content and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales and marketing performance.
  • Negotiation and closing skills.
